I have been in the higher education field for over 24 years, working as a Student Affairs professional, an adjunct instructor of Communication, a full-time Professor of Leadership, and now adding in an position as the Vice President of Student Development at Concordia University Texas.
I love this opportunity to help empower college students as they determine their big why, and to watch them develop the skills, knowledge and understanding to move their life forward and better their communities.
In my non-work life, I spend a good amount of time volunteering with my kids' schools, local community, and Girl Scouts. My family enjoys spending time within the amazing National Parks System, currently having visited 47 of the 63 National Parks, and love to take road trips to the beauty of nature.
